ATHENS –
Greek Merchant Fleet increased by 0.8% in March 2025 compared with March 2024, numbering 1,833 vessels in total, the Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) announced on May 20, noting that a decrease of 0.4% was recorded in March 2024 compared with March 2023.
The gross tonnage of the Greek Merchant Fleet, for vessels of 100 GRT and over, recorded a decrease of 3.1% in March 2025 compared with March 2024. A decrease of 3.5% was recorded in March 2024 compared with March 2023.
