The deadline for the evaluation of public administration services by citizens, through the axiologisi.ypes.gov.gr platform, is extended until Saturday 31 May 2025, due to the increased interest recorded and in order to provide sufficient time for the better service and facilitation of citizens.
It is noted that all adult individuals have the right to access the digital application, provided they are registered in the National Communication Registry (NCR), and have a residence address in Greece.
This joint initiative, designed and implemented by the Ministries of Interior and Digital Governance, aims to improve citizens’ interaction with public services and institutions of both the central and local governments. At the same time, it seeks to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the state’s functionality and user-friendliness by measuring service satisfaction.
