On October 26, 2025, at the conclusion of the festal Divine Liturgy in honor of St. Demetrios the Myrrh -streamer, Metropolitan Apostolos of New Jersey, officiated the Oath of Office ceremony for the newly appointed Board of the Metropolis Philoptochos.
Following the Liturgy at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Upper Darby, PA His Eminence joined the Ladies of the Philoptochos for their meeting, during which elections were held for the new officers of the Executive Board.
The Executive Board of the Metropolis of New Jersey Philoptochos for the 2025–2027 term consists of Eleni Constantinides, President, Patricia Karounos, 1st Vice President, Barbara Kostakis 2nd Vice President, Diane Saphos, Treasurer, Eleni Athanasakis, Assistant Treasurer, Elaine Sackleh, Recording Secretary and Debra Vlahakis, Corresponding Secretary.
