NY Greek Independence Day Parade Official Line of March (LOM) Released

NEW YORK, NY –  

The 2026 Greek Independence Day Parade Committee of the Federation of Hellenic Societies of Greater New York, has released the official Line of March of our Annual Greek Independence Day Parade, to be held on Sunday, April 26, on Fifth Avenue, NYC.

The Committee calls everyone’s attention to the following:

The parade will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. and is expected to conclude at approximately 4:30 p.m. 

All Floats will be lined up, in numerical order, on 61st and 62nd Streets from Fifth to Park Avenues. Only those who will be on the floats will be allowed on these streets, as per the NYPD. 

Marchers should line up on the Streets indicated in the official Line of March and will be directed by Parade Marshals to follow their float at the appropriate time. 

All guests with seating passes must enter at 70th Street and Madison Avenue.

Seating passes and flags are still available at the Federation offices for all participants. Please make sure to pick yours up!

Lastly, please remember that we are on Fifth Avenue for one hour, once a year, and we should all march with honor and pride in our heritage.
