WASHINGTON (ANA-MPA) –
US President Donald Trump praised Greece in response to questions at the White House on April 23, after learning that Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis told Breitbart News he was “rooting for him to secure a deal in the Iran war”.
Trump said that Greece is a “terrific” ally and described the Greek prime minister as a “terrific guy” who understands the importance of critical issues.
This is the second time President Trump has praised Mitsotakis, having made similar remarks following an interview the Greek premier gave last year.
