NEW YORK, NY –
His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros visited on October 2, His Eminence Metropolitan Dionysios of Corinth, who is currently receiving care at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
During his visit, Archbishop Elpidophoros conveyed the heartfelt prayers and love of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, expressing the sincere hope for a swift and full recovery.
His Eminence also extended his warmest wishes to Metropolitan Dionysios on the occasion of his Nameday tomorrow, praying that Saint Dionysios, the Metropolitan’s heavenly patron, grants him strength and grace.
Archbishop Elpidophoros expressed his thanks to the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society for their support of the Metropolitan’s stay in the U.S., and assured His Eminence of the support of the faithful of the Archdiocese as well.
