WASHINGTON, DC – Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to congratulate him on his electoral victory.
According to a statement by U.S. Dept. of States Spokesperson Matthew Miller, the Secretary reaffirmed the close partnership between US and Greece and welcomed continued cooperation in promoting regional stability and prosperity in the Eastern Mediterranean ahead of this year’s NATO Summit.
The Secretary thanked the Prime Minister for Greece’s support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
