Leadership 100 Conference to Convene in Phoenix, Arizona, Feb.5-8

The 35th Annual Leadership 100 Conference is scheduled to convene on February 5-8, 2026, at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.

«We are pleased, along with our Spiritual Leader, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, to welcome members and their guests to Phoenix for a stimulating program to mark the New Year of 2026 and the 42nd Anniversary of our founding. We commemorate this event and the 20th Anniversary of the passing of our Founder, Archbishop Iakovos, with an opening documentary, “In His Own Words: Archbishop Iakovos”, produced by Nicholas Furris, and introduced by Fr. John Chryssavgis and His Grace Bishop Anthony of Synada”, a press release by L-100 states.

Conference speakers include George Logothetis, Executive Chairman of Libra Group; George Postolos, President & CEO, The Postolos Group LP; Katina Pappas Dermatas, CEO, Ladurée US and American Macaron; Dr. Stamatios Kartalopoulos, nationally and internationally renowned scientist, academic, and inventor and author of Hellenic Cities in Asia Minor: “Where the Stones Still Speak.”; Theo Nicolakis, Director of National Ministries, Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America; Aristomenis “Menios” Papadimitriou, Director of Archives, Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America; and the Faith, Dance & Fellowship (FDF), the largest Greek Orthodox Folk Dance and Choral Festival in the United States.

Other events include the Welcome Reception and New Member/First Timers Orientation on February 5, the Annual General Assembly, Young Professionals’ Private Dialogue with George Logothetis and the Hellenic Glendi on February 6, the Annual Walk/Run and Golf and Tennis Tournaments and Awards, the Obelisk and Icon Photo Presentation and the Grand Banquet on Saturday evening, February 7, and the Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Phoenix on Sunday, February 8.

There will also be a Children’s Program offered on each day of the Conference.

New Officers

As it was previously announced, effective in February, Michael N. Bapis (photo 7) will assume the role of Chairman of the Leadership 100 Board of Trustees, following his unanimous election by the Board on November 14, 2025.

Michael N. Bapis, who served as Vice Chairman, is Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor with Vios Advisors at Rockefeller Global Family Office. Emanuel J. Cotronakis, who also serves as Legal Counsel and is Vice President of LRP Media Group, is the incoming Vice Chairman; Justin K. Bozonelis, Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Markets at Mizuho, will serve as Treasurer; and Maria Allwin, founder of The Allwin Family Foundation and currently Administrative Assistant at the Brunswick School in Greenwich, Connecticut, who also served on the Committee for Education and Technology at the Museum of Modern Art, will remain as Secretary.

Outgoing Chairman Demetrios G. Logothetis (in photo 8 with Executive Director Paulette Poulos) has noted that his successor has been a member of the Executive Committee since February of 2022 and the Board of Trustees for sixteen years and has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. The new Officers have served effectively in other committees and capacities, as well as in outside philanthropic organizations that support the Greek Community and American society. “Leadership 100 is immensely pleased with the choices of the new Officers, all men and women of high achievement. The transition will ensure that Leadership 100 continues to move forward with success into the future for the benefit of our Church and Heritage”, he noted.
